RG Carter Construction contracted DF Groundworks Ltd to complete the works for a brand new Premier Inn in Southampton City Centre. The project has regenerated this part of the city, with a modern building. The hotel consists of 146 bedrooms and a 132-seater restaurant, covering 6 stories.
The site was originally Southampton Park Hotel and situated on a busy main round around the centre of Southampton. On this site, our team had limited space in which to work, due to the surrounding buildings and main road, but they worked hard to overcome this. We supported RG Carter by remaining on schedule and delivering a high-quality standard of work.

We have been solely responsible for S278 works, sewers and services.
